How to Report IP Infringement

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated on AlpacaShoPro, please follow our reporting process below.

Reporting Process

1. Submit Report: Complete the form below or email mail@alpacashopro.com

2. Initial Review: We acknowledge reports within 24 hours and complete initial review within 72 hours

3. Investigation: We investigate the reported content and communicate with involved parties

4. Resolution: We take appropriate action based on our findings

5. Follow-up: All parties are notified of the resolution

What We Need from You

• Proof of ownership or authorization to act on behalf of the IP owner
• Detailed description of the copyrighted work, trademark, or other IP being infringed
• Specific location of infringing content on AlpacaShoPro (URLs, event listings, user profiles)
• Good faith statement that the use is not authorized
• Statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury

Counter-Notification Process

If your content was removed and you believe it was done in error, you may submit a counter-notification within 14 days of removal.

We maintain a three-strike policy for IP infringement violations with escalating consequences.
